Taeyang Unveils Teasers for “White Night” Double Title Tracks

BIGBANG's Taeyang solo comeback is coming fast!

After releasing a music video for the "Intro" of his upcoming album "White Night," YG Entertainment revealed on their official SNS accounts, two teaser posters for the upcoming title tracks.

According to the teasers, "White Night" will have two title tracks to be entitled "Darling" and "Wake Me Up". Knowing YG, we can expect both title tracks to have music videos. Make sure you check out the company's YouTube channel on the 16th of August 2017; the day of the album release.

"Darling" was written by Teddy and composed by Teddy, 8!, Choice37 and Futurebounce. It was arranged by Teddy, Choice37 and Seo Won Jin. The song was described as emphasizing the sad feelings felt during a break up. The music video for "Darling" was filmed in Alaska and LA.Taeyang Darling

"Wake Me Up" was written and arranged by Kush and Joe Rhee. It was composed by Kush, Joe Rhee and R.Tee. According to Taeyang, who loved the concept and end result of this song, it will showcase new vocal colors. The singer also added that the song is telling the story of someone not wanting to wake up after dreaming about a lover.Taeyang Wake Me Up

Taeyang Releases “Intro” Music Video for Album “White Night”

BIGBANG’s Taeyang has released his first music video for his upcoming comeback!

A few days ago, YG Entertainment released the first teaser image announcing Taeyang’s solo comeback in three years. The singer’s new album “White Night” is set to be released on the 16th of August 2017.

Today, on the 9th of August 2017, BIGBANG released on its YouTube channel, the first music video introducing the long awaited comeback. Entitled “Intro,” the one and a half minute MV showcases Taeyang singing among clouds and fog.

YG Entertainment Announces G-Dragon’s Comeback

Guess which favorite leader is coming back?

On the 1st of June 2017, YG Entertainment released on their official social media accounts, a teaser picture announcing the solo comeback of the one of a kind leader, G-Dragon. This will be G-Dragon‘s first solo comeback in almost 4 years since he released the album “Coup D’Etat” back in 2013.

According to the teaser picture, G-Dragon will comeback on the 8th of June 2017 KST, with the solo album entitled “Kwon Ji Yong“. For fans who do not know, Kwon Ji Yong is GD’s birth name. The album promises to be more personal and in depth view on the artist’s life.

Moreover, YGE‘s CEO Yang Hyun Suk released on his Instagram account a screenshot of what is according to the caption, GD’s 3rd MV and a slow song. We can then assume that there will be at least three music videos released for this long awaited comeback!

Also, as a reminder, G-Dragon will be kicking off his third solo world tour “Act III, M.O.T.T.E” on June 10 with a concert in Seoul. He will also come to America in July and perform in multiple cities including cities in the United States and Canada. You can check out more information here.

BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON Announces Solo 2017 World Tour “Act III, M.O.T.T.E”

Best news of the week in the K-pop world! GD is embarking on a WORLD TOUR!

After announcing G-Dragon‘s solo concert to be held in June in Seoul, Korea, YG Entertainment announced on the 25th of April 2017 that BIGBANG‘s leader will go on a world tour this summer and perform for VIPs all over the globe. Yes you read right, this year, 2017, our favorite leader G-Dragon is coming your way!

Entitled “Act III, M.O.T.T.O“, standing for Moment of Truth the End, the world tour will include a total of 19 cities from Korea, China, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and finally Japan. You can see the full list of cities alongside the dates of the concerts here.

As you’ll see, at the end of the list it says “And More”, So hopefully dates in Europe, South America and Africa will be added!

This solo world tour will be G-Dragon‘s first in four years since “One of a Kind” back in 2013. The agency, YG, stated that “Act III, M.O.T.T.E” will feature a trilogy telling the story of 30 year-old G-Dragon. It will illustrate the artists moments, lifestyle as well as his struggles. Moreover, we can expect GD’s last solo album before enlisting very soon as he is working on it right now and is planning on releasing it before going to the military.

 


Information about United States and Canada Concerts

As stated previously, G-Dragon will stop in North America, the US and Canada, while on his world tour. In the 19 cities he’ll be touring, 8 of them are in North America including: Seattle, San Jose, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Miami, Brooklyn and Toronto.

The concerts will be presented by YGE and exclusively promoted by Live Nation in North America. Tickets are set to go on sale on Friday the 5th of May 2017 at 12.00pm through Live Nation’s website.

BIGBANG Comeback After More Than a Year with Two MVs and the Full Album “MADE”

BIGBANG IS BACK!

On the 12th of December 2016 at 11pm KST, the legendary group, BIGBANG, cameback after over a year and half with their long awaited full album “MADE” and two music videos for their new double title tracks “Fxxk It” and “Last Dance“. The full album is composed of 11 songs including three new songs and all past songs released last year in the “MADE” singles albums.

The first title track of “MADE“, entitled “Last Dance” is a slow R&B track that showcases all members smooth vocals and features lyrics written by G-DRAGON, TOP and Taeyang. As for the MV of the song, I’m not gonna lie, if you don’t end up hurting your neck while watching this MV, you’re lucky ahah. It has some weird angles, but the perfect close ups of the members will make you melt~

The second title track of “MADE“, entitled “Fxxk It” is more of a dance song with a faster tempo showcasing GD and TOP‘s amazing rapping skills, as well as the other member’s great vocals. The lyrics were also written by G-DRAGON and TOP for this song. As for the MV, it showcases many different colorful scenes along with the members dancing and rocking weird hairstyles and colors.
