A new K-pop convention is in the works! Hallyucon will be a one day K-pop convention held on November 17, 2018 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Cube Media, hosts of Hallyucon, says it’s a convention made by fans. Cube Media often asked there Twitter followers who’d they would like to see in concert if they could. Followers responses have proven to influence Hallyucon’s current line up.
The organizer of Hallyucon, Cube Media, is a new company dedicated to bringing exposure to new and smaller artists. Pre sale tickets are currently on sale for Hallyucon at a discounted price through Cube Media’s website. Hallyucon will have four ticket tiers: General Admission, VIP, Platnium, and All-Access.
Four artists have been announced so far for Hallyucon. After pre sale ends September 15, though prices will go up, headliners for Hallyucon will finally be announced.
The current line up for Hallyucon consists of rookie groups Blanc7, and Busters. K-pop cover dance group Firstbite, who also released their own single this year. And last but not least the brave face of Korea’s LGBTQ community solo artist Holland. The current line up has various artists, from Idol groups to solo artists.
