KNK – Knock

The boys debuted on the 3rd of March with the MV “Knock“.  We can already see that, for a rookie group, they have stable voices and a mature concept. I really think they’re a promising group that you need to look out for, in a near future. I wished their single debut was actually a mini album because I just love their voices so much!!

The music video has multiple interesting scenes. The first one is a dance scene, in an underground room light up with a blue light in the background. It’s in this scene that the boys show you their amazing and original talents in dance; Something like you have never seen before. The other scenes are, in fact, the member’s individual scenes; Each member has his own scene. The first one to start the song is Inseong. He lays on a sofa and becomes the head of the dance. Jihun takes the lead and looks through a broken glass with a hole. Youjin is in a room with a washstand. He sings most of the first verse while looking in the mirror and dancing. Seungjun is the fourth one to go up and he is in the middle for the dance and lays in a bathtub. The song speeds up and becomes much more energetic. The chorus is something very special in my opinion. Heejun‘s scene is him sitting in front of a door locked with chains. After his scene, the member’s scenes repeat as they sing or rap. The only difference is the dance scene that changes to a black and white theme. It’s a unique concept, different from anything else you can see in Kpop.

What I really like with this group is that all the members get an equal amount of lines. You will be able to hear each of their beautiful voices as much as you want!!
