[Album Review] BEAST – Ordinary (Japanese version)

BEAST is a male KPOP group composed of 6 members and formed by the CUBE Entertainment in 2009. They officially debuted on the 16 of October 2009 with “Bad Girl”. After releasing their 8th Korean mini album “Ordinary” on the 27th of July 2015. They came back on the 28th of October with their album, “Ordinary” Japanese version.

The album is composed of 8 tracks including 2 Korean versions of Japanese songs originally. Here’s the tracklist and the album cover :

  1. Yey
  2. Gotta Go To Work
  3. Sweet Room
  4. See You There
  5. Take It All
  6. Oh Honey
  7. Kimi Wa Dou/I Think I Love You (Korean version)
  8. One Day (Korean version)

A MV for the Japanese song “Yey” is also available on their official Japanese YouTube channel. It was released on the 30th of August 2015. You can watch it below.

My favorite songs on the album are “Yey” and “Sweet Room”. Yey is more of a dancy and catchy song and Sweet Room, it’s more of a ballad song. Both are really nice and if I had to recommend any songs on the album, it would be these two.

You can buy the album on YesAsia or on CD Japan.

What do you think of this Japanese comeback? “I personally love it **”
